Taylor Morrison Home Signs $3 Billion Financing Deal With Kennedy Lewis

08:42 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Taylor Morrison Home ( TMHC ) has entered into a $3 billion financing facility agreement with Kennedy Lewis Investment Management for build-to-rent projects, according to a statement Wednesday.

The deal will open $3 billion in capacity for land opportunities, land development, and construction costs of projects by Yardly, Taylor Morrison's build-to-rent brand, the companies said.
