10:37 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TC Energy ( TRP ) said Tuesday it has completed the spinoff of its Liquids Pipelines business into South Bow.

TC Energy ( TRP ) said its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker TRP will resume "regular way" trading on Wednesday. South Bow shares are expected to start trading on the NYSE on or about Oct. 8, it added.

TC Energy ( TRP ) shares were up 1.4% in recent trading.
