04:29 PM EDT, 10/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TC Energy ( TRP ) said Tuesday its TransCanada PipeLines unit has priced its cash tender offers to purchase up to $1.75 billion of seven senior notes, including 2.5% notes due 2031, 5% notes due 2043 and 4.875% senior notes due 2048.

The offers will expire Oct. 8, the company said.
