TD Bank Group Appoints Vladimir Shpilsky to Lead Platforms and Technology Division
Jan 31, 2025 6:07 AM

08:37 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TD Bank Group (TD.TO, TD) on Friday said Vladimir Shpilsky will lead its Platforms and Technology operation, effective immediately. He takes over from Greg Keeley, who is leaving to "pursue an outside opportunity".

Shpilsky will report to Raymond Chun, incoming Group President and Chief Executive Officer, TD Bank Group, and will join the Bank's Senior Executive Team. Shpilsky joined TD last fall as Executive Vice President and U.S. Chief Information Officer. He will maintain the U.S. CIO role until a replacement is appointed, TD said.

"[Shpiksky] is a global technology leader with the expertise needed to further enhance our capabilities as we build the Bank for the future," said Chun. "He will extend TD's innovation leadership, and implement cutting-edge solutions to elevate the customer experience, improve how we operate, and strengthen our infrastructure. I look forward to having him at my leadership table."

TD Bank was last seen down US$0.55, to US$56.82, in US premarket trade.
