08:49 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TD Synnex ( SNX ) said Tuesday it has acquired Apptium to enhance its StreamOne platform and accelerate development in cloud and Everything-as-a-Service, or XaaS, offerings.

Apptium's integration brings proprietary technology to TD Synnex ( SNX ) and strengthens its position across software, communications, and managed services sectors, the company said.

The deal aims to simplify platform deployment, speed up partner revenue generation, and support omnichannel cloud service delivery, TD Synnex ( SNX ) said.

Apptium will continue operating as a standalone unit and maintain its product development pace while serving its global client base, the company said.

Apptium Chief Executive Rick Kapani will lead the unit as general manager and senior vice president under TD Synnex's ( SNX ) chief strategy and technology officer, TD Synnex ( SNX ) said.
