04:57 PM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TechnipFMC ( FTI ) said Thursday it has been awarded two contracts by Petrobras (PBR) for the pre-salt fields offshore Brazil.

The first award is a "substantial" contract to design, engineer, and make riser flexible pipe, TechnipFMC ( FTI ) said.

The second award is a "significant" contract to design, engineer, and make subsea production systems to be deployed on the Atapu 2, Sepia 2 and Roncador projects, TechnipFMC ( FTI ) said.

A "substantial" contract is between $250 million and $500 million, and a "significant" contract is between $75 million and $250 million, according to the company.
