08:48 AM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Telomir Pharmaceuticals ( TELO ) said Monday that its chief executive officer, Christopher Chapman, has died and will be succeeded by Erez Aminov.

Aminov is currently the CEO of Mira Pharmaceuticals ( MIRA ) , Telomir said.

Telomir said three directors have resigned from the board to support the transition, with three new directors being appointed in their place.
