Telus Closes Sale of 49.9% Stake in Terrion to La Caisse

07:20 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Telus ( TU ) said Thursday it closed the sale of a 49.9% stake in its wireless tower operator, Terrion, to Canadian pension fund La Caisse for about CA$1.26 billion ($908 million)

The deal values Terrion, which operates nearly 3,000 wireless tower sites across Canada, at more than $2.5 billion, Telus ( TU ) said.

Telus ( TU ) added that it will retain majority ownership of Terrion.
