TELUS Digital Experience Forms Special Committee to Review Acquisition Proposal From TELUS

07:26 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TELUS Digital Experience (TIXT) said Wednesday that its board of directors has formed a special committee comprised of six independent directors to evaluate an acquisition proposal from TELUS ( TU ) and any relevant alternatives.

Under the unsolicited non-binding proposal received in June, TELUS ( TU ) plans to acquire 100% of the outstanding multiple voting shares and subordinate voting shares of TELUS Digital.

The company cautioned its shareholders and other key stakeholders that no decisions have been made as yet regarding the proposal, and they are not required to take any action at this time.
