Telus International Partners with Nasdaq-Listed eGain on Contact Center as a Service Offering

07:50 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Telus International (TIXT.TO) said on Wednesday that it is partnering with Nasdaq-listed eGain Corporation (EGAN), an AI platform used for customer service.

Telus ( TU ), which works on digital customer experience, is offering the eGain Knowledge Hub as part of its Contact Center as a Service offering, or as a standalone customer self-serve option.

The eGain Knowledge Hub for TELUS International offers "content management, profiled content access, generative and conversational AI, search methods, and knowledge analytics" to deliver answers, according to a statement.
