Tenaris Q1 Earnings, Revenue Decline -- Shares Climb After Hours

05:08 PM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tenaris ( TS ) reported Q1 net income Thursday of $1.27 per diluted American depository share, down from $1.91 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.05.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 was $3.44 billion, down from $4.14 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $3.39 billion.

Tenaris ADS were 5% higher in after-hours activity.
