01:16 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tenet Fintech Group ( PKKFF ) , an analytics service provider, and Able View Global (ABLV), China's second-largest international beauty and personal care brand manager, said Tuesday they teamed up to distribute Canadian brands in China.

The companies will develop a program to help identify brands owned by members of Tenet's Cubeler Business Hub that could be distributed in China through Able View's services under a negotiated revenue-sharing structure between the companies.

A definitive agreement with the terms of the revenue-sharing structure is expected to be signed by July 31.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.085 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
