01:08 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ten-League International ( TLIH ) said Wednesday that it has completed its initial public offering of 2.24 million shares at $4.00 apiece, raising about $6.4 million for the company.

The offering included 632,160 shares from selling shareholders, said the Singapore-based provider of turnkey project solutions.

Shares of the company were up over 18% in recent trading.
