04:52 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terns Pharmaceuticals ( TERN ) said late Monday it has appointed Andrew Gengos as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Gengos most recently served as CFO of Athira Pharma (ATHA).
