11:08 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TerrAscend ( TSNDF ) on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Keith Stauffer will leave the company on July 18 to pursue a career opportunity outside of the cannabis industry.

Stauffer will remain in his role through the transition period to ensure a smooth handover.

Alisa Campbell, currently senior vice president of corporate finance and accounting, will assume leadership of its accounting and finance function on an interim basis after Stauffer leaves, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Ziad Ghanem.

The company said a search for a permanent CFO is underway.

Campbell, who joined TerrAscend ( TSNDF ) in 2020, has over 20 years of financial leadership experience. The company said she has worked closely with Stauffer and was integral in building its financial infrastructure, including its recent ERP implementation. She has led many areas of financial management at the company, including accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, FP&A, and operations.

"I have full confidence in Alisa's leadership and abilities," Ghanem said. "She has been instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and has partnered closely with Keith and I to build a strong financial foundation at TerrAscend ( TSNDF ). Her deep knowledge of our operations, supported by a strong bench will ensure continuity as we move forward."

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $0.48 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
