TerraVest Announces Stock Buyback

09:51 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TerraVest Industries ( TRRVF ) on Wednesday said the Toronto Stock Exchange has given it the go-ahead to buy back up to 1.6 million shares, from Aug. 22, for one year.

The 1.6 million shares represent about 10% of TerraVest's public float.

TerraVest shares are up $2.66, to $143.73, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
