Terreno Realty Details Lease Activity in Fremont, California

11:43 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Monday it executed an early lease renewal and expansion in Fremont, California, with an advanced air mobility provider.

The company said the renewal lease of 30,000 square feet, which was previously scheduled to expire in February 2025, is now set to expire in August 2029.

The expansion lease of 41,000 square feet will start in June and expire in August 2029, Terreno said.
