Terreno Realty Executes Lease With Automobile Exporter in New Jersey

10:15 AM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Friday it executed a lease with an automobile exporter for 5.5 acres of improved land in Newark, New Jersey.

The lease began Thursday and will expire January 2028, the company said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
