10:16 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Monday it has begun construction of Building 34 of its Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV development in Hialeah, Florida.

The 220,000 square foot industrial distribution building has been 70% pre-leased to a cruise ship industry provider of non-perishable food items and food service supplies, the company said.

Completion of the building and tenant build-out are expected to be in Q3 next year, Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said.
