05:57 PM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tetra Tech (TTEK) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.43 per diluted share, up from $0.32 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.38.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 29 was $1.37 billion, up from $1.34 billion a year earlier.
Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.32 billion.
For fiscal Q4, the company expects EPS between $0.38 and $0.43 on net revenue of $1 billion to $1.10 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $0.41 on net revenue of $1.12 billion.
The company now expects full-year fiscal 2025 EPS of $1.49 to $1.54 on net revenue of $4.45 billion to $4.55 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $1.47 on net revenue of $4.58 billion. The company previously guided for adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $1.42 to $1.52 on revenue of $4.40 billion to $4.77 billion, respectively.
The company said it maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.065 per share, payable Aug. 29 to holders of record Aug. 15.
Shares of Tetra Tech were up 2.4% in after-hours trading.
