01:12 PM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tevogen Bio Holdings ( TVGN ) said Tuesday it has signed a letter of intent with CD8 Technology Services to build up to a $50 million facility for research and development and manufacturing.

Tevogen said the project will not impact shareholder equity.

The company's shares were down 7.9% in recent trading.
