Textron Appoints Lisa Atherton as CEO and President

06:00 PM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Textron ( TXT ) appointed Lisa Atherton as chief executive officer and president, effective Jan. 4.

Atherton, 51, will succeed Scott Donnelly, who will become executive chairman of the board, the company said Wednesday in a regulatory filing.

She currently serves as CEO and president of Textron's ( TXT ) Bell segment.
