12:01 PM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Thesis Gold ( THSGF ) on Tuesday said it closed a private placement of shares that raised $10 million.

The company said it placed 16.67-million shares priced at $0.60 each in the financing.

Thesis plans to use the proceeds to advance work on its properties and for working capital.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.04 to $0.58 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
