Thomson Reuters Announces $1 Billion Share Buyback

07:07 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Thomson Reuters ( TMSOF ) on Friday said it may buy back up to US$1 billion of its shares under a normal course issuer bid.

Up to 10 million shares may be bought back for one year beginning on Aug. 19.

The company's shares are down US$0.84, to US$166.97, in pre-market New York trading.
