08:55 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Thomson Reuters ( TRI ) said Thursday it will voluntarily transfer the listing of its common shares in the US to the Nasdaq from the New York Stock Exchange.

The company said it anticipates its common shares to start trading on the Nasdaq around Feb. 25 under the same "TRI" ticker, and cease trading on the NYSE at market close around Feb. 24.
