Thor Industries Fiscal Q4 Earnings Rise, Sales Fall; Annual Outlook Set -- Shares Jump Pre-Bell

06:55 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Thor Industries ( THO ) reported fiscal Q4 earnings Wednesday of $2.36 per diluted share, up from $1.68 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.23.

Net sales for the quarter ended July 31 were $2.52 billion, down from $2.53 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.32 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company expects EPS of $3.75 to $4.25 on net sales of $9 billion to $9.5 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.12 and $9.63 billion, respectively.

Thor Industries ( THO ) shares were up 9% in recent premarket activity.
