Timken Asks Ontario Securities Commission to End its 'Reporting Issuer' Status in Canada
Sep 25, 2025 5:28 AM

08:08 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Timken (TKR) said Thursday it has asked the Ontario Securities Commission in Canada issue an order to end the company's 'reporting issuer' status, the only jurisdiction in Canada where it has that status.

The company would no longer be required to report certain financial reports and disclosures in Canada, if the regulator accepts the request, Timken said.

Timken said it will continue to report all financial statements and required disclosures in the US, to the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange.

Canadian shareholders will continue to receive all Timken disclosures provided to the US shareholders, pursuant to securities laws of the US and the rules of the New York Stock Exchange, Timken said.
