08:48 AM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Titan International ( TWI ) said Monday it has completed the repurchase of 8 million shares of its common stock from MHR Fund Management at $7.20 each for a total of $57.6 million in cash.

The company said the buyback will have no impact on its preexisting share buyback authorization, and will be funded using a revolving credit facility and available cash.

Shares of Titan International ( TWI ) were up 1.3% in recent premarket activity.
