Tiziana Life Sciences Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Rule

09:51 AM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tiziana Life Sciences ( TLSA ) said Friday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

Tiziana fulfilled the requirement of maintaining a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for 10 consecutive trading days by Wednesday, resolving the compliance matter.

Tiziana shares were 6% higher in recent trading.
