02:22 PM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aptevo Therapeutics ( APVO ) said it priced a public offering of 3.4 million shares and warrants to purchase up to 6.8 million shares at $1.35 a share and associated common warrant, targeting gross proceeds of $4.6 million.

Shares slumped 59% with intraday volume topping 4.13 million shares versus the daily average of about 142,000.

Nano Labs ( NA ) entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors to purchase almost 4.35 million of its Class A ordinary shares in a registered direct offering. In a concurrent private placement, the company also agreed to issue and sell to the investor warrants to purchase up to about 6.52 million ordinary shares.

Total gross proceeds are estimated to be about $5 million.

Shares fell 55% as volume topped 4.35 million versus the daily average of 705,000.

Globe Life ( GL ) shares tumbled 44% after short seller Fuzzy Panda Research alleged that company executives disregarded insurance fraud.

Globe Life ( GL ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Volume topped 22.5 million versus the stock's daily average of about 811,000.
