01:44 PM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Novavax ( NVAX ) disclosed on Friday a licensing agreement with Sanofi ( SNY ) to co-commercialize the former's adjuvanted COVID-19 vaccine and develop combination vaccines that protect against influenza.

Novavax ( NVAX ) shares surged 101% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 151.2 million from a daily average of about 6.83 million.

Sweetgreen ( SG ) outperformed in Q1 and lifted its 2024 revenue and EBITDA forecasts beyond consensus estimates, Oppenheimer said in a note emailed Friday.

Shares soared 31.6% as intraday trading volume shot to more than 15.7 million from a daily average of about 2.61 million.

Sensus Healthcare ( SRTS ) shares jumped 42% amid heavy trading after the company reported improved Q1 financial results, including a three-fold jump in sales.

More than 14.8 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 163,000.
