08:07 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Movella Holdings ( MVLA ) shares fell 59% in recent Thursday premarket activity, a day after notifying Nasdaq that it plans to voluntarily delist its common shares and warrants.

Tourmaline Bio ( TRML ) stock was down 37%, after Wednesday's 11% gain.

Five Below ( FIVE ) shares fell nearly 13%, a day after reporting lower-than-expected fiscal Q4 earnings and net sales, fiscal Q1 and fiscal 2024 guidance.

Accenture ( ACN ) shares slumped by nearly 7% after it reported lower-than-expected fiscal Q2 revenue and a fiscal Q3 revenue outlook that lagged forecasts. The consulting firm also cut its fiscal 2024 revenue growth outlook.
