Total Energy Services Corrects Details On Its Ex-Dividend Date

04:59 PM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Total Energy Services Inc. ( TOTZF ) Monday corrected an announcement on May 31, 2024 that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2024 on Total Energy's outstanding common shares.

The dividend remains payable on July 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2024. Total Energy is correcting the ex-dividend date to June 28, 2024.

Headquartered in Calgary, Alta., Total Energy provides contract drilling services, rentals and transportation services, well servicing and compression and process equipment and service to the energy and other resource industries from operation centres in North America and Australia.

Total saw its shares ease $0.12 to $9.33 today.
