TotalEnergies Agrees to Acquire Remaining 50% Stake in SapuraOMV for $530 Million

08:18 AM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Monday that it has signed an agreement with Sapura Upstream Assets Sdn Bhd to buy its remaining 50% stake in Malaysian gas producer and operator SapuraOMV Upstream Sdn for $530 million.

TotalEnergies said it would own 100% of SapuraOMV upon completion of the deal, which is expected in H2.
