10:02 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Monday it has acquired interest in multiple blocks offshore Malaysia and one block offshore Indonesia from Petronas.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

TotalEnergies said it will own a 50% operated stake in blocks SK301b and SK313, and also hold interests in other exploration blocks offshore Malaysia.

The company also said it agreed to acquire a 24.5% interest from Petronas in the Bobara block offshore Indonesia.
