06:39 AM EDT, 03/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Monday it has completed the merger of NEO NEXT with its UK upstream oil and gas business.

The company said the combined entity, now called NEO NEXT+, gives TotalEnergies a 47.5% stake.

NEO NEXT+, an independent oil and gas producer on the UK Continental Shelf, is expected to produce more than 250,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2026, TotalEnergies said.
