The company, which holds a minority stake in Adani Green Energy Limited, said it is not involved or targeted in the facts described by the indictment and will take steps to safeguard its interests.

It added that its investments in Adani's entities were fully compliant with applicable laws and its internal governance processes under due diligence and representations made by the sellers.
