08:34 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TPG Inc ( TPG ) said Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of Peppertree Capital Management.

The newly acquired $7.8 billion portfolio will be rebranded as TPG Peppertree and will continue to be led by Howard Mandel and Ryan Lepene as co-managing partners, the company said.

TPG said that with this addition, its total assets under management across all platforms now reach $258 billion.
