09:10 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TPG (TPG) said Friday it has established a new company that will focus on talent management funds.

The former President of Boat Rocker Media, Michael Pratte, was named chief executive of the new company, TPG said.

The new company will make its first investment in Hollywood talent management firm Untitled Entertainment, according to TPG. Financial details of the investment were not specified.

Additionally, Untitled's founders Jason Weinberg and Stephanie Simon will each roll a significant financial interest into the new company, TPG said.
