05:15 AM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tradeweb Markets ( TW ) said late Thursday it has completed its $785 million all-cash acquisition of investment technology provider Institutional Cash Distributors.

The deal adds corporate treasury professionals to the company's client channels, as well as over $2 billion in addressable market, the company said.

The company expects the deal to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share over the first full year from acquisition.
