TriMas CEO Thomas Amato Steps Down

08:59 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TriMas ( TRS ) said Monday that CEO Thomas Amato will step down from his role, with the board initiating a search for a successor with the assistance of Spencer Stuart, an executive search firm.

Amato will remain with the company until June 30, 2025, or until a new CEO is appointed, TriMas ( TRS ) said.

The company said Amato will not seek re-election to the board in 2025.
