Tritium DCFC Receives Nasdaq Notice for Failing to Comply With Minimum Public Float Standard

03:52 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tritium DCFC ( DCFC ) said Thursday that it has been notified that it does not currently meet Nasdaq's minimum of 1.1 million publicly held shares required for continued listing.

The manufacturer of fast chargers for electric vehicles said plans to discuss the matter with Nasdaq during a scheduled hearing with its hearings panel.

The company said it plans to present a plan to regain compliance with the public float standard and take all necessary steps for its shares to continue trading on the Nasdaq.
