09:31 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Triumph Group ( TGI ) said Wednesday its geared solutions business has been awarded a contract to provide GE Aerospace (GE) with the auxiliary gearbox for the F404 afterburning turbofan engine.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The contract includes potential future use on multiple applications, including the T7-A, T-50, and TAI Hurjet platforms. The work for the contract will be performed at Triumph's Macomb, Michigan facility.
