Troilus Gold Signs Memorandum of Agreement with Aurubis

03:43 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Troilus Gold ( CHXMF ) on Tuesday said it signed a Memorandum of Agreement with German copper smelter Aurubis AG for long-term offtake of copper-gold concentrate from its Troilus Project in Quebec.

The deal, finalized during Canada's Critical Minerals Mission to Germany, formalizes indicative terms announced in June and supports Troilus' efforts to secure project financing and advance development.

"It underscores the international importance of our project, strengthens Canada-Europe cooperation on critical minerals, and provides a clear step toward completing the financing required to advance construction," chief executive Justin Reid said.

Shares of Troilus Gold ( CHXMF ) were last seen up $0.01 to $0.83 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
