07:19 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) moved a step closer to launching an exchange-traded fund tied to bitcoin after NYSE Arca submitted regulatory paperwork Tuesday to list the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF.

The fund seeks to reflect the performance of bitcoin and has been "designed to remove the obstacles represented by the complexities and operational burdens involved in a direct investment in bitcoin," according to the Form 19b-4.

Trump Media ( DJT ) shares were up 2.1% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
