04:35 PM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TTEC Holdings ( TTEC ) said late Monday its TTEC Digital unit will expand its collaboration with Verint ( VRNT ) to provide Verint's ( VRNT ) CX Automation platform through TTEC's ( TTEC ) Google GCP cloud contact center portfolio.

Verint's ( VRNT ) CX Automation platform will be offered as a service within TTEC Digital's high-availability Google Cloud and seamlessly integrated into its full suite of cloud contact center solutions, the company said.
