09:48 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tutor Perini ( TPC ) said Tuesday its joint venture with Nan Inc. has been awarded several options worth about $232 million by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Marianas, for additional work on the Apra Harbor waterfront repairs project in Guam.

The additional options bring the contract value of the project to about $563 million, the company said.

Tutor Perini ( TPC ) said it's the managing partner in the JV, and Nan is a 30% partner.

The $232 million incremental value will be added to Tutor Perini's ( TPC ) backlog in Q1, the company said.
