12:45 PM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TXNM Energy ( TXNM ) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Elisabeth A. Eden intends to retire.

Eden will retire on mutually agreed date with the company after a successor is identified, currently expected to be no sooner than March 15, according to a regulatory filing.

Eden will continue to serve in her role until that time.
