08:35 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TXNM Energy ( TXNM ) said in regulatory filing Friday that it has signed a $200 million distribution agreement with Bank of America's ( BAC ) BofA Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group's ( MUFG ) MUFG Securities Americas, Royal Bank of Canada's ( RY ) RBC Capital Markets, and Bank of Nova Scotia's ( BNS ) Scotia Capital.

Under the terms of the deal, TXNM Energy ( TXNM ) said it may sell, from time to time, up to $200 million of its stock, through the financial services companies.

TXNM Energy ( TXNM ) also said it may enter into forward stock purchase deals with Bank of America ( BAC ), MUFG Securities EMEA, Royal Bank of Canada ( RY ), and Bank of Nova Scotia ( BNS ).
