Tyler Technologies Reports $200 Million Share Repurchase Plan

11:58 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tyler Technologies ( TYL ) said Friday it has entered into a trading plan with a brokerage firm to repurchase up to $200.0 million of its shares from March 16 to April 30.

The company said it has remaining authorization to buy back up to $734.4 million of its shares as of March 13.

Price: 343.71, Change: -1.81, Percent Change: -0.52
